Apostille Legalization Services

Chile is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, so in many cases, documents from apostille-issuing countries can be used in Chile with an apostille certificate. However, if your documents are intended for a non-Hague country via Chile, or if you're handling foreign documents within Chilean legal or business systems that don’t accept apostilles, you may still need embassy legalization.

You may need to legalize documents such as:

  • Corporate documents: contracts, business registrations, import/export forms.

  • Educational documents: diplomas, transcripts, school records.

  • Personal documents: criminal background checks, civil status documents, affidavits, and certifications.
